Intended Results: One-to-one coaching to help you identify your goals, establish your projects and facilitate your intended results all through an ontological perspective. Evaluation of you across four health dimensions to determine opportunities for personal growth to move your life forward in a positive direction.
Sessions and Contract Types: Weekly one-hour sessions with additional ‘spot coaching’ in between weekly sessions. Sessions are typically done via phone conversations, but can be arranged in-person based on contract, geography, time zones, and other determining factors. Contracts are typically 6 months in length, but can be lengthened or shortened based on what the client and the coach co-create.
